I’m really excited to get started using EE 2.x on projects, but the one thing holding me back is add-ons. I’ve never written an add-on, but I use tons of add-ons that others have written.  With that being said, I ended up porting over a couple of add-ons to work with EE 2.x:</p>

    <h2>Scroll to Comment</h2>
    First, I modified Matthew Pennell’s <a href="http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/scroll-to-comment/">Scroll to Comment Extension</a>. When a user submits a comment, they are scrolled down to the newly added comment. You can find the <a href="http://github.com/davist11/EE-Scroll-To-Comment">EE 2.x compatible version on GitHub</a>.

    <h2>EE Default CP Tabs</h2>
    We loved using <a href="http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/lg-add-cp-tabs/">LG Add CP Tabs</a> in order to add a tab for <a href="http://buildwithstructure.com/">Structure</a> for all users. As we were getting our EE 2.x template site setup, we noticed that this extension wasn’t converted yet. I made a slight modification so that you only get one textbox to add tabs instead of multiple boxes broken out by member group. You can find <a href="http://github.com/davist11/EE-Default-CP-Tabs">my EE 2.x compatible version on GitHub</a>.
