attribute should be allowed on many elements instead of a few. He even goes on to show examples and discuss the pros and cons.
Another couple of solid articles from A List Apart: Writing an Interface Style Guide and Saving the Spark: Developing Creative Ideas.
This was kind of the end of a great discussion from 37 Signals and Jeff Croft. I think I agree with most of Jeff’s points. I think it definitely depends upon the product that you are trying to make, and I think 37 Signals has nailed down their simplistic style, so Photoshop is not necessary.
